Do I need experience?
No. This workshop is beginner friendly and guided step-by-step.
Are materials included?
Yes. All standard materials needed for the project are provided.
Can I bring my own items to include in my piece?
Yes. You're welcome to bring small items to embed or customize in your project as long as they're appropriate for resin use and the time available. We'll help you decide what works best during class.
Will my piece be finished by the end of class?
Only the UV Resin Classes will have finished products by the end of class. Regular resin requires time to cure. Pieces need a full 24 hours before they can be safely removed from molds and handled.
How does pickup work?
Finished pieces should be picked up no sooner than 24 hours after class. During pickup, participants will demold their own items with guidance if needed, so please allow a little extra time when you arrive.
Is resin safe?
Yes, when used properly with basic safety steps. All required safety materials are provided and guidance is given throughout the workshop.
Can I bring my own safety mask?
Yes. If you prefer to bring your own mask, it must be appropriate for resin use and rated for organic vapors (OV). Cloth or dust masks are not sufficient. Half-face respirators are used in class.
Why is there an age limit?
Resin requires careful handling, patience, and attention to safety steps, so this workshop is currently for ages 12+.
